FAQ's

What kinds of things will you draw?

- Both SFW and NSFW art
- Expansion content (weight gain, inflation, vore, preg, hyper, etc. Ask me about "subgenres" like method and whatnot)
- Fandom characters/OCs (fanart basically)
- Any gender of subject
- Furries/sentient ferals
- "Vanilla" content/fetishes
- Pokemon/Digimon
- Humans
- Cartoons
- Monsters/cryptids (any kind)
- MOST bodily fluids (the no-no's are listed in the next answer down)
- "Living" TF (i.e. werewolves, human-to-animal, character-to-other-character, twinning)
- Dark/horror scenarios (gore is optional)
- Macro/Micro contentI do not have a size limit or preference when it comes to the aforementioned expansion types. Any size is good!

Okay, what kinds of things will you NOT draw?

- Loli/Shotacon content
- Underaged characters engaging in or otherwise part of sexual situations
- G4 My Little Pony characters and/or brony content (it's a long story, I'd prefer you not ask)
- Diapers (this includes ABDL)
- Anything related to scat
- Fatal/severely-hard vore
- Hate-art of ANY kind
- IRL people/Vtubers
- Other peoples' personas/OCs without their given consent (if the owner of the character agrees to it, it is fine)
- Uber-inflation
- "Standard" bimbofication
- Farting/heavy gas
- Healthplay
- Proshipping
- Actual zoophilia (meaning that one or more of the alleged character(s) is unable to give consent and lacks overall sentience)
- Toilet-related stuff
- Rape
- Politics

Do you do requests/art trades ever?

Once in awhile, but they are reserved for close/trusted friends ONLY. No exceptions.

It's pretty obvious, isn't it?
But in all due seriousness, yes, I am "that one" artist who used to post on FA until around march of 2023; my overall life felt like a living hell for years and during that time was the ultimate breaking-point; I want to leave all that behind and make a new start for myself. I vanished, pretty much, for well over a year as a result; to recover. With that beginning to show its first positive signs, I have decided to make a return but, as aforementioned long ago, under a different name and on a different website.
I am no longer putting up with peoples' shit or bending to their demands. You act like a dick, you get blocked/dis-communicated. It's not being "immature" as so many people like to think; it's a BOUNDARY and I'm setting them in spades. Too many people have fractured my trust and I'm DONE.

Do you accept other methods of payment like Stripe or Steam Games/credits?

I can accept Stripe (and possibly Zelle) payments as well as my CashApp tag, but I would prefer NOT to be paid in Steam games and/or credits. Ultimately my preferred method is Paypal, but if you are unable to use the site for any reason we could probably discuss other options. I would prefer to be paid in USD amounts so those outside the country please make sure your currency amount lines up to the equivalent of the final pricing.
I now accept CashApp for payments; please mention if necessary

I'm not interested in a commission but I still want to offer my support; do you have any places where you just accept plain donations?

There are a small series of icon-links at the bottom of the page (and on my price-listing page as well) that lead to both my Ko-Fi and SubStar, where I accept support. If you are more interested in access to content alongside the support SubStar is probably the way to go, but Ko-Fi is a good spot for ordinary support. I also thank you in advance for your generosity!!

ToS (Terms of Service)

PLEASE NOTE that it is recommended to read through the ToS before inquiry. Once payment is secured you are in full agreement to the ToS; I am not to be held responsible for any violation(s) afterward regarding these.

In Regards to Inquiries:

🖤 I only accept a VERY small number of inquiries at one time due to past issues, and the projects with larger amounts of work (such as comics, sequences, and whatnot) I take VERY few of currently unless I feel that I am capable with working with them, in an orderly manner. Usually I will let people know when these larger projects are available for claim. Otherwise I would prefer to stick to simpler things.🖤 Absolutely NO underage commissioners. It's frustrating for me personally and also puts both the commissioner and the artist in potential danger for different reasons. I reserve the right to decline/discontinue any commission in regards to this if it turns out you are lying about your age, or if you're just being a big child; they've been cropping up in spades over the last decade or so. Keep in mind that if discontinued for this reason, you will NOT be refunded, so step carefully.🖤 Inquiries can be sent by either filling out the Google Forms link included at the top of both pages or to my message system on both BlueSky and CrappyBird site @DeathsDork. (There are social links at the bottom of both pages!!) Otherwise you can either send me an email-inquiry at [email protected] or contact me on Discord; my userhandle is "theonetruenecro" (although unlikely, any other accounts claiming to be me are frauds, as a heads-up; I only have and use this one)🖤 Inquiries involving requests or "paying people in exposure" will be automatically ignored; the case is heavily the same with art-trades unless I know you as a person. If you continue to persist, you will be removed from contact and blocked if you act like a baby about it🖤 REFERENCES ARE GOOD. References are VERY good. If you can, please try to provide as much reference material as possible for what you have in mind; please also note that I will NOT do re-draws of my own images or others' images with different characters applied. Memes are the only exception (such as Draw the Squad and etc)🖤 I would prefer to have at least a bit of artistic freedom with any accepted piece, but if you have something in mind that is particularly specific PLEASE provide me with as many details as possible up-front. I will not be held responsible for this if you try to add in additional details past the sketch phase, and you may be subjected to a fine if necessary🖤 I fully reserve the right to decline an inquiry under any circumstance, personal or otherwise. That's set in stone and non-negotiable.

In Regards to Payment:

🖤 Payments are usually accepted via PayPal, which is now [email protected]. However I can provide a payment link and/or Stripe/Zelle/CashApp email if it is absolutely required. PLEASE SELECT GOODS/SERVICES WHILE SENDING TO AVOID ANY FINANCE ISSUES.🖤 All payments are accepted up-front, in-full, unless you were a past, trusted individual. Upon beginning your place in the queue, I will send you an invoice with the payment amount/conditions. (Tips are appreciated but obviously not mandatory.) I will attempt to DM you personally once this process starts. Failure to respond, or to pay the amount on the invoice, within 3 days of initially sending it will result in you forfeiting your place in the queue.
Tl;dr if you can't pay then don't commission. It's really that simple.🖤 REFUNDS ARE ONLY OFFERED IN-FULL IF THERE HAS NOT BEEN ANY START ON THE PROJECT. This is non-negotiable, and I am not responsible for you not heeding the warning in advance. The system is usually this:
- Started/sketch-stage: 70% refund amount
- Lineart/Color stage: 40% refund amount
*For things such as color sketches and whatnot, I will refund the price difference if the sketch has already been completed
I WILL NOT, EVER, REFUND FINISHED PIECES. I have already done the work asked of me and have earned my keep, so don't even TRY this. Attempts to dispute it will be met with proof of agreement to the ToS, which you should be reading if you are wanting to undergo getting something from me. Breaking the ToS is not my problem personally and I have this set up here for a reason. It's not my fault if you don't bother to read the rules before continuing🖤 PLEASE no complaining about my prices, or attempting to negotiate price reductions. By reading this I am under full assumption that you already know full-well what the required payment is, and I currently do not offer discounts unless I state otherwise, elsewhere. (Usually this pertains to sale events which I will announce most likely on BlueSky or Discord.) Griping at me for holding my ground is in violation of my etiquette ToS as well, and your inquiry will be outright-refused if you attempt it. If you can't pay, then don't commission. It's really that simple.

In Regards to Updates/Communications:

🖤 I WILL ONLY COMMUNICATE WITH CUSTOMERS IN PRIVATE. I cannot stress this enough. If you are in need of an update please DM me or send me an email at the provided address, and I will do my best to respond to it ASAP. Whining about it in public will get you auto-blocked and, if deemed necessary, your comm discontinued. Please be respectful.🖤 The turnaround time/ETA is heavily dependent on the size and complexity of the commission/project; this should just be common knowledge honestly. Due to past health issues involving overloading myself I would prefer the mindset of "it's done when it's done" but I am aware that it's not always going to be the case. For a comm to be expedited a $50 additional "rush-fee" is required either at the time of inquiry or in the case of any event that it feels like a requirement. This will not be charged to the customer unless they openly state it to me, however. Failure to inform me about this claim is strictly the customer's responsibility and therefore attempting to argue with me over this later is moot.🖤 I usually provide WIPs for each stage of the process; the overall image is difficult to edit after the sketch stage so please make sure that everything is how you want it before you give the go-ahead to continue. If you would rather not see the WIPs (which is uncommon but still very much a thing for some) then you are allowing yourself to trust my own instinct on this. Asking me to change/re-do things when you have NOT asked to see WIPs will result in either a discontinuation or an additional charge. No refunds will be provided for those.🖤As not everything is envisioned correctly the first time I am more than happy to make edits to the image(s) during the WIP process, but I am also not keen on constant revisions, ESPECIALLY past the sketch stage. As aforementioned, I will NOT re-do pics entirely, and any major changes after a certain point will result in an additional charge per-edit. Please keep that in mind when submitting an inquiry.🖤 Not a super-strict rule but, if you would like the finished image(s) in a certain filesize please be sure to let me know! I am capable of providing my original canvas-size I worked with (usually at 400-dpi and in PNG format to protect the lines/colors) but those images CAN be a bit hefty in terms of overall memory size--which would make it harder to upload them on most external sites. I am capable of providing multiple image sizes as well, at no additional cost, so again don't be shy about asking!

In Regards to ETAs/Etiquette:

🖤 Biggest, number one rule is simply to NOT BE A DICK. Do not talk down to me, treat me poorly, or attempt to push me around in order to get what you want; I'm not dealing with that shit and if you continue you will be dis-communicated and highly possible that you won't be refunded either. If you complain to outside sources during or afterward then you are merely further enforcing my point, so bottom line; DON'T.🖤Unless you have paid for expedition (Regards to Inquiries ToS above) you are not permitted to rush me or guilt me over wait times. I have a lot of past scarring from it and I refuse to deal with it anymore. Passive-aggressive statements still count as guilting/rushing, so please refrain from doing those as well.🖤 If you feel there is any issue, then take it up with me in private before you rush out willy-nilly trying to smear my name behind my back.; if I don't hear what the problem is then I'm not going to be aware of the fact that there IS one in the first place and nothing will get resolved. I am usually a pretty chill personality, I just don't like being treated like shit. If we are both civil then the chances are much higher that the issue can be resolved. If I do not reply for a period of time it usually means I'm cooling down mentally so I can get myself together, as so not to accidentally go off on someone due to my suppressed temper. I am a human being and feel anger and anxiety just like everyone else.🖤 On the subject of the above, I will discontinue your commission if you gripe at me for posting my own personal works. Again I am human, and again I have my own things that I would like to work on as well as so not to create too much of a stressful environment for myself. Again. If you want the art then respect the artist, it's simple logic but for some reason peeps don't seem to want to apply it...🖤 You are NOT permitted to share any history of our DMs, unless it's strictly in regards to business. I have fractured trust issues at the moment as-is, so unless you can prove over time that you are a trustworthy individual then I will not engage in any small talk whatsoever. Respect and trust is earned, not given. You break it, you pay for it, literally.🖤 If you upload the finished project(s) elsewhere, then you are required to give me credit for the artwork. Any attempts to brush me off, claim the work as your own, or edit what is supposed to be a finished piece right away is in violation of my ToS and will be dealt with accordingly.🖤 ANY personal hate, blackmail, or targeting-abuse will result in you being auto-blocked and not refunded, period. I have outright stated that I will not deal with shitty behavior in regards to these types of things, and it is not my responsibility to take pity on you for violating this rule. Period.
